Martin's early experience was gained at Sainsbury's & CBRE investment agency with the last 20 years focused on Investment & Development within the southern Half of the UK with time as head of UK investment & Development at the Poseidon Group and laterally Chief Operating Officer at the Gentian Development Group.

Greg Bell has worked in Development Management for over thirty-five years covering most sectors including industrial, office, retail, Hotel and high-end residential. With an impressive portfolio of completed projects totaling in excess of £1bn with lot sizes £1 to £200m with a mix of new build and refurbishment including Listed buildings, in the UK and abroad including Dublin, Portugal, Germany, the Bahamas, and Thailand.
He played a key role in delivering the ExCeL exhibition centre in London’s Docklands. Brownfield site reclamation is also a core skill having routinely faced that particular challenge such as the former West Ham coal fired power station site which included toxic chemical waste. That site of fifteen acres, now known as Electra Business Park, is the highest performing asset on Schroder’s Exempt Property Unit Trust over twenty years.
