Bream, Forest of Dean

In May 2020, Oxford & Cambridge through Gentian acquired a building housing a local convenience store and garage business in the beautiful Forest of Dean. We successfully converted the building into a convenience store for Mid Counties Co-op, with the project reaching practical completion in April 2021. This investment opportunity was subsequently sold in June 2021, marking another successful venture for Oxford & Cambridge in delivering valuable assets to the market.
